Elena Louisa Lange is a philosopher, Japanologist, writer, former musician, and former assistant professor. Her books include The Conformist Rebellion – Marxist Critiques of the Contemporary Left, and Covid-19 and the Left – the Tyranny of Fear co-edited with Geoff Shullenberger.
She has worked as a radio editor and freelance journalist for various US, UK, and German journals and is a columnist for Swiss monthly magazine Schweizer Monat.
She has written the Substack Lawyer’s Fees, Beetroot, and Music since 2020 and is the publisher and editor-in-chief of Café Américain.
