Terms and Conditions of Use

General

In accessing information from this website the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use as set out below. This website contains proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which the User agrees to observe and follow.

Security

The User assumes full responsibility for the protection of his computer system including computer hardware software and stored data on his computer system including hardware software and stored data of third parties who may access or be otherwise connected to the User’s computer system. The User will assume the responsibility of ensuring that program or other data downloaded or otherwise received from this website are free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature.

The User accepts the risk that data transmitted electronically to the Verdurin via this website or otherwise may be intercepted before reaching Verdurin or accessed from Verdurin’s data storage by third parties not authorised by the Verdurin and may be exploited unlawfully by such unauthorised third parties.

Verdurin makes no representations as to the security quality or propriety of any website which may be accessed through this website and accepts no liability for the content or for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by the use of or reliance on information contained in such websites or goods or services purchased there from.

Data Protection

The personal information that the User enters into our on-line registration form will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose than for us to contact them by email about Verdurin events and promotions.

Conditions of Sale and Entry

Tickets and items purchased where a discount or benefit has been claimed without entitlement and tickets purchased through misuse of promotional codes, schemes and promotions are in breach of our terms and conditions of sale will be declared void and are not valid for entry.

Only tickets purchased from our website, from approved partner promoters, or from the venue on the day of performance are valid for admission.

Tickets sold via unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites and ‘fan to fan’ resale sites are not valid for entry.

Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void and the ticketholder will be refused entry.

Returns Policy

For physical goods purchased through our online store our policy lasts 14 days (for our ticket refunds policy please see ‘Ticket Refunds’ below). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you intend to return an item, you must contact us and let us know within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (Physical Goods)

After you have notified us of your intention to return your order, you then have 14 days to return it to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Verdurin, 2 Clunbury Street, London, N1 6TT. You must return your product within 14 days after you have notified us of your intention to cancel your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Ticket Refunds

Tickets will be refunded if an event is (a) cancelled, (b) rescheduled, or (c) the details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed. Only the face value of the Ticket will be refunded if (a), (b) or (c) occurs.

If an Event is cancelled we will automatically refund the face value of your Ticket: you don’t need to notify us or claim your refund.

If you wish to return your tickets for a refund for any other reason we requite a minimum of 7 days before the event in order to process the refund.

External Promoters

We sometimes offer tickets from promoters organising their own events at Verdurin by providing links to external ticketing sites through this Website. We exclude liability for any Tickets or other goods provided by Promoters or other third party suppliers to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no circumstance shall we be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, data, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation whether in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this agreement or purchases made through this Website save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Delivery

Unless explicitly specified, all tickets are delivered electronically by email in the form of a unique order reference. Customers must provide this reference along  with some form of ID in order to gain admittance to the venue.

Conditions of Entry

The taking of unauthorised photographs, capturing of images or the use of any recording devices including mobile phones during any event or performance is strictly prohibited.

Verdurin or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.

Verdurin reserves the right to:

  • refuse admission to the premises and any  event. 
  • request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right. 
  • change the advertised arrangements of any event in case of illness or any cause beyond our control.
