Maya Pettersen is a jyotișika (Vedic astrologer), writer, and esotericist.
Pettersen’s background is in psychological science and religious studies. She is a practitioner of indo-european syncretism and an advocate for individuals subject to anomalous experiences, High Weirdness, and dissociative phenomena; she knows the world to be deeply enchanted, though remains basically ontologically responsible.
Currently, she is working on a syncretic solar philosophy and her debut novel Acolyte. She is involved in the international UAP and Experiencer movement. She aspires to start a Delphic consulting and cultural strategy business in the near future, and — perhaps inevitably — a clinical doctorate.
