Verdurin produces  fermented foods and beverages like kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha. Everything we sell is hand-made in small batches in Hackney from all natural ingredients, and is entirely raw and unpasteurised. Our recipes draw from traditional Slavic and Korean techniques and are sold exclusively through Verdurin.
